W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include ElevateNow, Nivaan Care, BabyMD, Reveal Healthtech and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

About Stealth Company

2070 Health's next incubation focuses on building preventive health infrastructure for India. This company focuses on building a mission-critical healthcare platform used daily by clinics. It handles patient data, payments, and real-world fulfillment. We partner with doctor clinics to ensure care that gets prescribed gets completed.

What this role is

We're building women's health as a new area - programs for PCOS, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, run the way we already work: through the patient's own doctor, with us doing the day-to-day between visits. Mental health is central to it - postpartum depression goes unscreened, menopause gets brushed off as "just your age" - and we're looking for one person to own that part and build it.

This is early. You'd be shaping what it becomes - building from zero, but with a funded company already up and running behind you.

What you'll do

• Build the mental health side of these programs from the ground up. Start with postpartum, then menopause (barely anyone in India has, so you'll figure a lot of it out).
• Decide how we screen, escalate, and keep things safe and confidential.
• Hire, train and lead your own team as it grows.
• Help us do the honest version of this - outcomes we actually publish, not "reverse your PCOS" claims.

Requirements

• A senior clinical psychologist who cares about women's mental health.
• RCI-registered, ideally (M.Phil Clinical Psychology).
• Someone who can build and run a team, not just see patients.
• Comfortable with a startup pace, and working over WhatsApp and video.
• Bangalore-based.
• Perinatal or menopause experience is a big plus - but the person matters more than a perfect checklist.
