In this role, you will provide essential therapy services to promote emotional well-being, using evidence-based techniques to foster personal growth and resilience. Yourexpertisewill be vital in creating individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

As a Clinical Provider,you'llconduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and develop actionable treatment strategies while collaborating with a supportive network of professionals dedicated to student success.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet the needs and goals of clients/patients. • Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within required time framesDetermineand document diagnoses based on thorough assessments. • Develop individualized treatment plansin accordance withstate standards, evolving based on ongoing assessments. •Participatein clinical meetings, providing insights on relevant cases. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service authorization andtimelycommunication. • Document all services provided in line with regulatory standards. •Facilitateclient transitions by completing necessarycorrespondencelike transition summaries and plans. • Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed. • Provide clinical supervision to trainees once qualified. • Engage in professional training and mentorship on clinical issues and evidence-based practices.

Education, Experience, and/or CredentialQualifications:Mustpossessat least aMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. • Hold licensure with the applicable state board as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). • Be willing to obtain licensure inadditionalstates beyond the current license. • Comfortable with providing telehealth services (training will be provided).

Additional Qualifications:• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record and driving record. • Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance. • First Aid and CPR certifications requiredwithin three months of employment. • Completion of required training within specifiedtime frames, including behavioral management training.

Physical Requirements:• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently • May involve sitting most of the time but could require walking or standing for brief periods. • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and writing.
