The Division of Rheumatology and Immunology ( https://medicine.vumc.org/divisions/rheumatology-immunology) at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) in Nashville, TN, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified physician as a clinical rheumatologist for a position as a clinical provider faculty member in Cool Springs.
The Cool Springs/Franklin area is conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. At this site, we offer patient-centered care within a supportive and collaborative Rheumatology medical home environment. The selected candidate will join a team of four experienced on-site Rheumatologists, each with over a decade of clinical expertise.
This role provides access to the exceptional educational resources and benefits available through the Vanderbilt University Medical Center system. Additionally, the candidate will have opportunities to engage with leading clinical scientists and educators from the Division of Rheumatology and Immunology, whose cutting-edge research may be available to our patients through ongoing studies.
The Division of Rheumatology and Immunology has a rich tradition of clinical, investigative, and training excellence. The Division has 30 faculty and over 40 staff members, who participate in a wide range of clinical programs and clinical and basic science research. We offer comprehensive clinical care for those with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases at the Vanderbilt University Hospital, the Nashville Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Nashville General Hospital, and clinics in Davidson and surrounding counties. We also provide comprehensive in-patient consultation services.

The candidate will possess a strong clinical background in Rheumatology and Immunology, a MD degree, have completed fellowship training in Rheumatology and Immunology, and be board-certified/eligible and qualified for Tennessee State licensure.
