
40The Division of Child Psychiatry at WashU is seeking to hire a Clinical Program Manager for the Adolescent DBT and Family Resiliency Program (ADBT) and CAMS Service. The position will provide both direct clinical services and program leadership and will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement novel models of care delivery and measure outcomes.
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality ADBT and CAMS treatment to adolescents and families while also overseeing program development, clinical training, and supervision of staff. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADBT and CAMS, a passion for adolescent mental health, and strong leadership and supervision skills to guide a multidisciplinary team in evidence-based care. Additionally, this candidate would have experience growing strong teams and implementing processes and procedures based on department standards and the efficacy of the program.
This position will work with and provide trauma-informed interventions to adolescents with mental health symptoms, particularly emotion dysregulation, suicidal and non-suicidal ideation or self-injury, depression, anxiety, or other mental health and trauma disorders, along with other co-occurring conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Interactive communication skills with the ability to work successfully both in a team setting and with patients and families.
Comfortability providing services both on-site in a clinical setting as well as virtually via telehealth.
Program development, leadership, or administrative role experience.
Experience working in an academic medical setting or on a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of facilitating groups and an understanding of group dynamics.
Charting in patient records in a timely manner, and a working knowledge of computers.
Ability to manage both a clinical schedule and program management responsibilities.
Ability to be both highly empathetic and maintain boundaries, with strong self-care practices.
Knowledge of the DSM V.
AAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or licensed Psychologist.
