The Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC) is growing our clinical team! We offer the opportunity for growth and expansion of roles into other areas of our Clinical Department, such as behavioral consultation and training coaching to a variety of groups across the state. Responsibilities:

• Design behavioral interventions and intensive ABA programming using appropriate assessments, protocols, formats, and professional standards. Provide training and consultation as needed.
• Supports a caseload to up to 8 clients with a goal of 20 billable hour per week
• Provide weekly RBT supervision using CASP standards
• Provide regular family collaboration and training to caregivers
• Collaborate with other members of our professional community to support best practice

Pay Base salary from $80,000-$95,000, attainable bonus that could exceed $15,000

Location and Schedule: In home and in clinic. No clients after 5:30

Requirements:

• A BCBA must hold a certification and/or license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB (Behavior Analysis Certification Board) licensure through the NC BALB.
