We’re looking for a Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) to join our growing Arizona practice.

The Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) is responsible for executing clinical and operational initiatives within assigned facilities and supporting the performance of providers at the market level. This role partners closely with the Regional Clinical Practice Director (RCPD) to implement regional strategy, ensure consistency in care delivery, and support provider engagement, performance, and compliance.

This role serves as a hands-on, field-based leader focused on day-to-day operations, provider support, and facility relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct day to day support to clinical
    providers, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists.
  • Support provider onboarding, orientation, and
    ongoing training to ensure readiness and adherence to clinical and operational
    standards.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with providers to
    review productivity, documentation, scheduling concerns, and professional
    development needs.
  • Identify performance issues early and partner
    with the RCPD on coaching, corrective action, or escalation as needed.
  • Support provider engagement, retention, and
    satisfaction through consistent communication and on-site visibility.
  • Serve as the primary day to day point of contact
    for assigned facilities, while partnering with the RCPD on escalations and
    strategic discussions.
  • Conduct routine on-site visits to monitor
    workflow execution, provider effectiveness, and facility satisfaction.
  • Address day-to-day operational issues, service
    concerns, and workflow barriers in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Execute regional initiatives, workflow changes,
    and program implementations within assigned facilities
  • Ensure consistent adoption of operational
    processes, documentation standards, and care models
  • Reinforce organizational expectations related to
    scheduling workflows, care coordination, and service delivery
  • Partner with facility leadership to support
    census stability, responsiveness, and high-quality patient care.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators
    (KPIs) such as provider productivity, documentation timeliness, and service
    consistency.
  • Report trends, risks, and opportunities to the
    Regional Clinical Practice Director.
  • Support data collection and reporting efforts
    related to clinical performance, facility satisfaction, and operational
    outcomes.
  • Ensure providers adhere to documentation
    standards, HIPAA requirements, CMS regulations, and state-specific guidelines.
  • Identify compliance risks or quality concerns
    and escalate appropriately.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to support
    audits, reviews, and corrective action plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, scheduling,
    credentialing, and billing teams to support provider success and continuity of
    care.
  • Support new facility onboarding, service
    expansions, and pilot initiatives within assigned markets.
  • Provide market-level feedback and insights to
    leadership to inform operational and clinical improvements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, or post-acute care.
  • Experience supporting clinical providers in a
    multi-facility environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day
    operations, provider support, and facility relationships.

Requirements:

  • Must comply with organizational and facility
    policies, including infection control and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across
    facilities and states.
  • Reliable transportation required for local and
    regional travel.
