Job Type: Full Time
The individual in this position is responsible for managing the clinical pharmacy staff, including clinical pharmacists, clinical pharmacy specialists, and clinical coordinators as applicable. This individual will ensure all clinical pharmacy programs and services are safe and effective and provide value to the organization. This individual will ensure that all pharmacy staff are provided with the necessary resources and education to operationalize a robust, patient-centered, and cost-effective clinical pharmacy program.
Education:
Pharm. D in Pharmacy
Experience:
Required: 3 years hospital experience or residency training; 2 years supervisory experience
Preferred: Pharmacy residency or fellowship training
License:
Current Registered Pharmacist licensure in the state of Florida required.
Certification:
Required: Consultant Pharmacist License in the State of Florida; BLS within 30 days of hire
Preferred: Board Certification in Specialty area, CGP, ACLS, etc.
