The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy for patients by collaborating with healthcare teams, managing medication regimens, and providing patient education. This role supports optimal patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability across care settings. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or a Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institutionExperience in medication safety, drug information, ambulatory care, or specialty pharmacy practiceActive pharmacist license in the state of OhioCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)Completion of a Board of Pharmacy-approved immunization administration course or certification within 90 days of hire
Completion of a PGY-1 pharmacy residency program or a minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare setting Board certification in a relevant pharmacy specialty (e.g., BCPS, BCACP)
