Valor provides a full range of medical services to veterans through the operations of CBOCs, tailored to meet the specific needs of local VA medical centers. The Primary Care Pharmacist is responsible for the interpretation of medical orders and counseling patients on proper medication administration and storage. The Primary Care Pharmacist must have strong communication with fellow colleagues to ensure the expectations of Patient Aligned Care Team metrics are met.
