40This position supports Mercy's philosophy of patient centered care by providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, clinical services, and education of oncology patients, healthcare staff and providers of the Hall Perrine Cancer Center (HPCC).
The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist supports the Lead Oncology Pharmacist in mentoring/training clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who work in the HPCC. The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist supports Hall Perrine Cancer Center by providing clinical and distribution services in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe and cost-effective medication therapy for patients.
