
Clinical Pharmacist - Formulary Management and Drug InformationBell Hospital
This clinical pharmacist position would work 8 hour shifts. This role is a hybrid model with a mix of on-site at the Bell Campus in Kansas City, Kansas, and work from home.
The roles and responsibilities of this position include supporting the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee and Subcommittees including monograph preparation, physician outreach, and meeting facilitation. This role will also facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and standardization of drug products across the health system as they relate to P&T agenda items or operational changes. In addition, this position is responsible for managing drug shortage assessment and mitigation for the health system in addition to triaging and answering drug information questions from providers, nursing, and pharmacy staff.
Completion of an accredited medication-use safety and policy PGY2 OR a Drug Information Fellowship preferred.
