Clinical Pharmacist

Fort Walton Beach, Florida

We’re hiring a Clinical Pharmacist who wants a four-day workweek, meaningful clinical involvement, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in acute-care pharmacy.

You’ll step into a hospital-based clinical role focused on safe medication management, drug therapy monitoring, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services. You’ll collaborate with an experienced healthcare team while supporting complex and critically ill patients.

What makes you a great fit

• You hold a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
• You hold an active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing
• PGY1 training or inpatient pharmacy experience is highly preferred
• You value teamwork, clinical growth, and long-term stability

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $52–$64 based on experience
• Second-shift differential: $2 per hour
• Third-shift differential: $4.25 per hour
• Extra-shift premium: $3 per hour
