The Junior Clinical Outcomes Analyst supports the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of clinical outcomes and program evaluation data for the Butler Center for Research. Working under the guidance of senior research and analytics staff, this role assists with maintaining databases, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization. This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in healthcare analytics, research methodologies, data visualization, and outcomes reporting, with a focus on supporting family, children, mental health, and substance use disorder services. Structured training and mentorship are provided, and the right candidate will increase proficiency with tools and methods they may not have previously used. This position includes various potential opportunities for career progression including manualized training in various analytic tools, and the authorship of peer-reviewed publications.
