In this 12‑month secondment opportunity, we are seeking a Senior Manager to join to the Clinical Operations Planning (COP) team to support adoption and effective use of the MyTRIAL ecosystem across GSSO
The role will primarily focus on providing business and functional support to cSOM and SCP roles, ensuring consistent, compliant, and value‑driven use of MyTRIAL planning and resource management tools. Depending on capacity and business need, there may also be opportunities to contribute to additional project‑based initiatives supported by the COP team.

  • Gain hands‑on experience in project management, digital enablement, and global stakeholder engagement.

  • Deepen expertise in MyTRIAL technologies and clinical operations planning capabilities.

  • Collaborate with a diverse, experienced, and multinational global team

  • Expand internal Pfizer network and visibility through cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

  • Act as a consultant and subject‑matter expert to GSSO in‑country teams (cSOM, SCP) on clinical study start‑up technologies providing planning capabilities (e.g., MyTRIAL Plan / Planisware, MyTRIAL Salesforce tools).

  • Partner with assigned global and regional stakeholders (Pfizer Business Lines, CROs, CDIS, IM, OARS) to support evolving business requirements related to start‑up systems and tools.

  • Track, follow up, and support resolution of IM Quick Tickets related to MyTRIAL tools and processes.

  • Serve as a key contributor to access, training, and user‑support infrastructure for clinical study start‑up technologies, with particular focus on regional and country‑aligned users (e.g., editing newsletters, facilitating office hours, responding to user inquiries).

  • Monitor, analyze, and act on KPI and compliance metrics related to MyTRIAL usage (e.g., MyTRIAL Plan Compliance Reports), and actively follow up with business lines, regions, and countries to reinforce adherence to key business rules.

  • Enable and support in‑country managers in the effective use of resource management capabilities, including predictable forecasting, workload allocation, and prioritization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • BA/BS with 4+ years of experience, and / or MBA/MS with 2+ years of experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of SCP and/or cSOM roles and associated responsibilities.

  • Hands‑on experience with MyTRIAL tools (e.g., Planisware, Salesforce‑based solutions).

  • Solid understanding of Pfizer systems and internal processes

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, global environment

  • Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Prior experience working on project‑based initiatives is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have

  • Availability to support Americas time zones is preferred.

  • There will be no change to your current work location.

  • Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
