Clinical Operations Manager South

Tareen Dermatology | Full time | Multiple clinic locations

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to support clinical teams across our South region clinics. You’ll help staff deliver compassionate, efficient patient care by coaching clinical support teams, improving clinic workflows, and keeping day to day operations consistent across locations.

We provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care with an emphasis on early diagnosis, patient education, and individualized treatment.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff across assigned clinics.
• Help onboard and train team members, address staffing concerns, and partner with clinic leaders on performance improvement.
• Monitor patient flow, staff coverage, supplies, and daily operations to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with providers, site leads, and the Director of Clinical Operations to introduce and reinforce clinical workflows and process improvements.
• Support safety, infection control, quality standards, and applicable clinical compliance requirements.
• Help resolve escalated patient concerns and promote a positive patient experience.

What you’ll bring

• An associate degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of leadership experience in a medical setting.
• The ability to coach staff, solve problems, and manage priorities across multiple busy clinics.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a patient focused approach.
• Familiarity with clinical operations and medical terminology. Dermatology experience is preferred.

Salary Description

$70,000 - $90,000 per year
