We are looking for a Clinic Operations Executive to join our dispensary team as a permanent night shift employee You will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring workflows and processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of renewal.
On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:
Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols
Schedule medication deliveries
Manage and liaise with courier partners
Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions
Facilitate delivery agent pickups
Manage patient queue and doctor manpower allocation
Provide doctor and patient support on operational and technical issues

Required to work on a 5-day work week spread across Mondays to Sundays, inclusive of Public Holidays. Working hours: 0000hrs to 0800hrs.
