Work Schedule:
100%, day shift working Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. You will work at Science Dr Medical Center, Deming Way Clinic, University Hospital, and East Terrace Dr Medical Center in Madison, WI. This is a hybrid position working one day per week on-site after the training period. Training will be fully on-site for one month.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

• Support clinical operations in the Pediatric Specialty Clinics.
• Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of the team with reports, policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.
• Purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment. Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, and take meeting minutes.
• Develop, maintain, and support administrative and clinical templates, tools, and tracking documents and clinical staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
• 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
• Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
