Clinical Operation Manager 1

POSITION PURPOSE:

To manage and execute on-site clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, CRFs, and regulatory standards, while supporting patient recruitment, enrollment tracking, and study coordination throughout the trial lifecycle.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements, conducts, or monitors on-site clinical trials.
• Responsible for on-site operations of clinical trials, including documentation strategies, implementation of clinical trial protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and case report forms (CRFs), may also help define or improve these, but main emphasis is on implementation.
• May also have responsibility for all aspects of clinical trial recruitment, including developing and translating informational materials, tracking study enrollment rates, and patient referral and follow-up through the duration of the clinical trial.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Healthcare related bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Over 2 years of experience with Clinical operations or in the healthcare field, pharmaceutical industry or clinical research / development.
• Understanding of clinical development and global operating processes of drug development as well as in-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and international regulations
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Oral presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Awareness & understanding of cultural and regional differences.
• Planning and organization, time management, prioritization.
• Be able to work independently; have critical thinking and issue resolution
• Thrives in ambiguous and collaborative environments and embraces change.
