Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead fully remote onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff.

  • Design and deliver structured training programs aligned with clinical workflows and best practices.

  • Revise and develop ongoing training materials, including just-in-time training to support process changes and client updates.

  • Develop, track, and refine metrics to measure training effectiveness, learner competency, and overall program impact.

  • Facilitate live virtual sessions, case-based discussions, and workflow simulations.

  • Provide targeted retraining and individualized coaching based on performance insights.

  • Translate clinical workflows into clear, actionable training materials and job aids.

  • Conduct competency assessments and ensure readiness for independent practice.

  • Serve as a clinical educator and mentor, reinforcing critical thinking and clinical decision-making.

  • Partner with QA team to monitor performance trends and identify training needs.

  • Revise training based on client-directed changes, workflow updates, and new hire talent gaps.

  • Participate in virtual debrief meetings with leadership and operational teams.

  • Promote a continuous learning environment through structured feedback and coaching.

Supervisory Responsibility

Directs and coordinates Philippine based trainers’ utilization; provides functional leadership through training, coaching, and mentorship.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote home office environment This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones Recommend use of a headset if not mandated by client. Must have high speed internet to support clear connections with patient call applications.

The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, during US daytime hours, with flexibility to support training across time zones and occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Travel

  • Required travel to Boynton Beach, FL for initial onboarding and training.

  • Periodic travel may be required throughout the calendar year to support training, collaboration, or program needs.

  • Opportunity to travel to Manila, Philippines annually and/or as required to achieve program success.

  • Total travel expected to remain minimal (approximately 5-10%).

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, licensure in the State of New York will be required, but not required at time of application.

  • 3 – 5 years of clinical experience.

  • Experience in ambulatory care, specialty clinic, emergency, or critical care.

  • Current EPIC experience (inpatient or outpatient); or working EMR knowledge other than EPIC.
