This is a
permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Registered or eligible for registration in the General Division of the NMBI Nurse Register.
Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in Infection Prevention & Control Nursing or a related field is desirable.
Willingness to undertake a relevant Infection Prevention & Control qualification where required.
Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting.
At least 3 years’ experience in the relevant clinical area.
Demonstrate strong clinical, managerial, and administrative skills appropriate to the role.
Ability to effectively manage and coordinate responsibilities within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Demonstrate evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at the appropriate level.
