We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager-Infection Prevention Control for a leading Nursing Home in Co Dublin. Responsibilities Assist the Registered Nurse or Nursing Director with daily household management. Make an effort to read widely in order to stay up to date on the latest developments. Encourage team members by reaching consensus on goals and objectives and conducting performance reviews. Be in charge of overseeing the care personnel and handling human resource-related matters appropriately. Establish and encourage open lines of communication, positive working relationships, and team initiative. Make sure that employees' rights, especially those related to working hours and responsibilities, are upheld in compliance with laws and best practices. Make certain that all employees receive the proper training regarding resident protection, whistle-blowing, and the avoidance, identification, and handling of abuse. Requirements Qualifications for Nursing Continuous membership in the Irish Nursing and Midwifery Board Graduate Study in Gerontology One year of experience as a clinical nurse manager is preferred. One year of IPC experience is preferred.
