We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Co Cork. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care Manage, supervise, support, train and lead the care team Plan and allocate nursing staff based on clinical needs, skill mix and experience Lead by example and promote a positive, motivated team environment Manage medications in line with An Bord Altranais regulations, nursing home regulations and HIQA standards Monitor and manage KPIs within the assigned department Provide high-quality palliative care to residents Encourage, train and guide team members while maintaining a positive environment Provide guidance and support to junior nursing and care staff Promote continuity, quality and safety of resident care Requirements Recognised qualification in General Nursing Current registration with NMBI Minimum 3 years of experience in care planning and delivery within an elderly care setting Commitment to continuous professional development Proven experience in team management and performance management Strong initiative with a positive can-do attitude Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and care quality Benefits Supportive and rewarding working environment with guidance from supervisors and managers.
