Job Type- Full-time / Permanent Responsibilities Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents. Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the nursing home. Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote best practice and regulatory compliance. Administer medications and carry out general nursing duties as required. Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
