We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Nursing Office , Posts for a hospital located in Tralee, Ireland. Part-time, 12-month fixed-term position with a rotation between day and night shifts. Responsibilities Provide senior nursing leadership and professional support across the hospital, ensuring safe and effective delivery of patient care. Coordinate and manage nursing services across clinical departments in collaboration with Clinical Nurse Managers and senior nursing management. Support the effective allocation and deployment of nursing staff based on patient acuity, staffing requirements and service needs. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with NMBI standards, hospital policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Monitor staffing levels, rosters, skill mix and workforce requirements to maintain safe staffing across the hospital. Act as a senior point of contact for nursing staff, patients, multidisciplinary teams and hospital management. Support the management of clinical incidents, complaints, risk assessments and patient safety issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and follow-up. Promote clinical governance, quality improvement, audit and evidence-based nursing practice throughout the organisation. Monitor and support compliance with HIQA standards, infection prevention and control requirements, medication management policies and other applicable healthcare regulations.
