The Role

We are seeking a driven and engaging Clinical Nurse Educator to support our Residential Aged Care segment on a part-time, 6-month fixed term contract with potential for extension.

In this role, you will deliver clinical and product education to aged care facilities, building capability across nursing and care teams while supporting the rollout of the Coloplast Aged Care Partnership Program.

You will act as a trusted clinical resource, partnering with Territory Manager and facility staff to embed best practice, improve patient outcomes, and support the growth of our wound care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical education and in-servicing, aligned with evidence-based best practice

  • Provide product education and hands-on training to safe and effective use of Coloplast solutions.

  • Tailor education to a range of clinical audiences within the aged care settings.

  • Act as a clinical expert and key point of contact, support decision-making and escalation where required.

  • Support rollout and success of the Coloplast Aged Care Partnership Program.

  • Identify barriers to adoption and provide practical solutions, follow-up, and ongoing support.

  • Track education outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement and business growth.

To be successful:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

  • Experience in wound care, aged care, or a related clinical environment.

  • Strong education and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Ability to combine clinical expertise with a commercial mindset.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and solution-focused.
