Spectrum Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Educator The Clinical Educator is responsible for planning, leading, implementing and evaluating comprehensive orientation and clinical education programs at the program and corporate levels for nurses. If you are a transformational leader, we want you on our team!
Reporting to the Chief Nurse Executive, you will work in collaboration with the leadership team, nursing managers, nurses and other stakeholders to promote clinical excellence in the delivery of high quality, safe, patient-centered care. As clinical educator you will review and revise policies and procedures related to professional practice and clinical care, and provide education and evaluation of the learning program. You will actively participate in quality improvement activities, including shaping and monitoring quality indicators which will guide the development of tools to support teaching and learning for staff and patients.
