Ensure that health services provided to students are delivered in accordance with state law, professional nursing standards and School Board policies and procedures by providing case management oversight, staff/student training and coordination of care.
The Clinical Nurse, Coordinated Student Health Services shall carry out the performance responsibilities listed below:
Works with school staff, students, principals, parents, and health care providers to ensure coordination of health care for students with chronic health conditions.
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the District's approved compensation plan. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the School Board.
