• Fixed-term Part-time opportunity until June 2026 working 22.8 hours per week
• Based out of any one of our National Processing Centres + WFH
• Circa $100 - $140k (FTE) + super + salary packaging

About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide clinical nursing subject matter expertise for the provision of donor post-test result management and counselling, and to assist in other relevant areas of Medical Services as required.

• Post graduate certificate in sexual health &/or equivalent &/or equivalent experience
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum 5 years post registration experience in relevant area of practice
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively use problem solving, change management and conflict resolution frameworks
• Customer service experience, including post-test discussions
• Demonstrated ability to utilise a range of computer systems
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to take initiative
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to integrate clinical knowledge into clinical practice
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively, set priorities and complete tasks on time
• Proven ability to use information and reporting systems appropriate to the position



This is a fixed term part-time position and can be based out of any one of our National Processing Centres. We are offering a hybrid work model with opportunity to work from home and the office. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract until June 2026.
