WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Clinical MH Supervisor is responsible for the overall management, program integrity, planning, coordination, program auditing, clinical management, customer relations and other administrative functions at identified locations. This position provides Clinical Supervision to Behavioral Health Clinicians, Peer Support Specialists, and other Mental Health services staff. WAC 388-877-0200 defines "Clinical supervision" as regular and periodic activities performed by an appropriate level of professional for clinical staff. Clinical supervision includes review of assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, progress toward continuation of services, authorization of care, and the direct observation of the delivery of clinical care. This position supports the Residential Services Division of Pioneer Human Services by ensuring the provision of quality and cost-effective behavioral health services.
This position supervises employees and provides clinical supervision.
