Your new role

As Clinical Medical Management Lead, you'll provide strategic leadership to a team that sits at the intersection of science, clinical operations, and patient care. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the Clinical Medical Management (CMM) team, by providing clear strategic direction and outcome-based value metrics that drive performance and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Partnering with Clinical Operations to deliver impactful results and industry-leading clinical trial excellence, by providing scientific insights that optimize trial planning, enhance recruitment and retention and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Engaging with key opinion leaders, investigators, research centers and other stakeholders to build trusted relationships that strengthen trial conduct, help us collect actionable insights and position us as a leader in therapeutic solutions.
  • Secure CMM team has adequate resources, skills, tools, knowledge and communication materials to effectively execute their responsibilities.
  • Provide early medical and scientific input into product development, incorporating the perspectives of clinicians and patients, ensuring our research strategies reflect their needs.
  • Establishing strong presence in new and current therapy areas by effectively communicating our pipeline and scientific narrative to external stakeholders
  • Identify and address potential challenges in product development through proactive scientific insights and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborating across functions to ensure clinical research aligns with strategic and commercial objectives while maintaining the highest standards of scientific integrity

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Medical Doctor degree with strong background in clinical practice or research.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug development, value chain, ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements and clinical trial methodology.
  • Solid experience in clinical or medical roles in the pharmaceutical industry and previous experience in strategic roles.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, empowering and motivating individuals to deliver ambitious results while fostering professional growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate risks, identify opportunities, and drive smart decision-making.
  • Ability to define a clear strategic vision aligned with organizational goals and translate into actionable plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to lead and champion the implementation of agile ways of working and adoption of new digital tools
