
Job Title: Clinical Manager – Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and Dialysis Services
FULL TIME 2ND SHIFT
Tele 4 is a 10-bed telemetry unit. This unit specializes in general medical surgical and telemetry patients such as but not limited to pneumonia, ESRD, Stroke, CHF and chest pain patients. Post-operative patients such as GU, Urology, Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Heart Cath/PCI. The population has multiple co-morbidities and complex care. The patient population is admitted / transferred from ICU, ED and PACU.
Tele 3 is a 22-bed telemetry unit. This unit specializes in general medical surgical and telemetry patients such as but not limited to pneumonia, ESRD, Stroke CHF and chest pain patients. Post-operative patients such as GU, Urology, Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Heart Cath/PCI. The population has multiple co-morbidities and complex care. The patient population is admitted / transferred from ICU, ED and PACU.
The Clinical Manager, in collaboration with the Nursing Director, will assure the provision of safe, quality, patient centered care, by addressing performance, regulatory, risk management, patient/family and physician issues/concerns as appropriate. Role models caring behaviors in relationships with others.
