JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance (“CQM”) is primarily responsible for regularly evaluating the treatment progression of client programs through in-person observation, review of data, and direct communication with assigned staff.  Verbal and written feedback is delivered to the staff in an effort to ensure the client is progressing in alignment with their treatment plan. This position reports to the local Clinical Director(s).

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working under the supervision of the Clinical Director(s), essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a small to moderate caseload
- Assist Clinical Director(s) with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes
- Collaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payor
- Evaluate clinical quality of assigned cases by providing consultation and supervision and communicating with Behavioral Interventionists (BI’s) and parents/caregivers to get additional feedback and input regarding treatment prognosis
- Regularly provide collaboration on cases that are not progressing in alignment with their treatment plan (e.g., facing significant barriers to progress)
- Participate on cases that need advanced clinical consultation by working alongside the treatment team to modify treatment plans
- Communicating with parents regarding any clinical concerns related to the client program
- Provide parent training workshops and services that provide opportunities for higher levels of parent participation
- Attend IEP meetings (as approved by funding sources or as needed)
- Monitor and provide input regarding outcome data, with support of the Director of Client Outcomes, in their region including but not limited to:
- - Standardized assessment trends
- - Level of service recommendation trends
- - Length of time in treatment trends
- - Transition status trends

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license
- 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA

- - - 5+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs
- - - 5+ years training and/or education related to ASD

- Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation
- Background check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance
- Comfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environments
- Comfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clients
- Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management software
- Highly organized
- Professional, positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions
