This position will be managing current resource programs and enhancing these programs to align with the hospital’s strategic initiative. This will involve providing universal behavioral health and social needs screening processes within the organization and with our community partners. This project aims to enhance the thoroughness and quality of service delivery to the children and families we serve. We are looking for a strong person to lead this program and someone who is familiar with change management processes and can lead staff in the adoption of efficient workflows and processes. Developing strong, positive working relationships in the community and within the hospital is important. Must possess effective communication and time management skills. Managing program metrics and outcomes needed for reports to our funders and partners is a crucial aspect of this position. This position is part of the community behavioral health team.
