Sierra Health Care has been the home health provider Las Cruces families have trusted since 1982. As Clinical Manager for Home Health, you'll lead the clinical team that makes that trust possible — overseeing care delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring every patient receives safe, effective, and compassionate care. This is a leadership role for a clinician who is ready to step back from the bedside and invest in the team and systems that make great care happen.

Sierra Health Care is a nonprofit — and that shapes everything about how we lead and how we care. You'll step into a Clinical Manager role with a team that is mission-driven, community-rooted, and deeply committed to the patients and families of Las Cruces. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k), and mileage reimbursement, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. If you're a clinician who leads with purpose and is ready to make an impact beyond your own caseload, we'd be honored to have you.

For more than 100 years, CareM and its predecessors have been building, operating, and managing healthcare organizations across the continuum of care. Five generations of leadership, from sanitariums in the Deep South to a modern clinically integrated network, have shaped how we think about care, operations, and the people who deliver both. Over the years, CareM has provided managed services to private ownership groups, not-for-profits, municipalities, and Native American tribes.
Our mission is simple: to bring out the courage in others. We exist to help people stay home, through skilled care, hospice, palliative care, and physician services, and to build the infrastructure that lets clinical teams do that work well.
We don't deliver care directly. We make it possible. CareM provides strategic guidance, operational support, and centralized services to our managed entities, while coordinating value-based care integration across a broader provider network.
We've worked with organizations at every stage, from startups to established nonprofits to joint ventures, and the lesson that has held across all of them is that people deliver care, and people need systems that support them.
