As Clinical Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional clinical care in a residential aged care setting, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support. Your leadership will help empower teams to deliver compassionate care while strengthening clinical governance, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement across the service.
Working closely with nurses, care teams and operational leaders, you will foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment where employees feel supported to grow. Your guidance will help ensure regulatory compliance, strong clinical practices, and positive experiences for residents and their families.
You will also play an important role in shaping a culture where dignity, respect and choice guide every decision — ensuring the wellbeing of residents remains at the heart of everything we do.
