Working within the mission, vision and values of Wing Kei, the Clinical Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Care and Directors of Resident Experience in researching and analyzing proposed and existing government legislation, policies and practices, and organizing to educate the staff to develop understanding of legislative policies and practices for resident/client care. This position also performs quality checks to ensure resident/client assessment protocols have been addressed in the Care Plans, and reviews the Care Plans for compliance with the MDS to ensure all resident/client identified needs have been addressed.
WORK HOURS: 8 hours a day; 5 days a week. Will be required to join the on-call rotation, which includes evenings, nights and weekends.

Wing Kei Care Centres is fully integrated with the Alberta Health Services' continuing care program, providing long-term care, supportive living and adult day program services to all seniors in need.
