We are looking for more than a manager.
We are looking for a builder, innovator, clinician, and leader who wants to help shape what exceptional crisis care can look like in a Tribal community.
The Clinical Manager of Crisis Services will lead SRPMIC’s 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Mobile Team, work closely with Crisis Stabilization leadership, and help strengthen a coordinated crisis continuum rooted in clinical excellence, strong partnerships, culture, and compassion.
You will oversee crisis operations, support complex clinical decision-making, strengthen partnerships across Behavioral Health Services and the community, track outcomes and performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve how people move through the crisis system.
WE WANT A BUILDER.
We want someone who asks:
How do we reach people earlier?
How do we keep people from falling through the cracks?
How do we make Mobile Crisis, Warm Line services, CSU, first responders, outpatient care, and community supports work as ONE system?
Bring us your ideas.
Bring us what you have learned.
Bring us the things you have always wanted to build.
At SRPMIC, crisis care is about more than responding to an emergency. It is about relationship, dignity, culture, safety, connection, and hope.
COME BUILD WITH US.

If you are looking for an opportunity to leave your fingerprints on an entire crisis system, this may be the one.

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is a sovereign tribe located in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Established by Executive Order on June 14, 1879, the Community operates as a full-service government and oversees departments, programs, projects and facilities. The Community is located in Maricopa County and is bounded by the cities of Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Fountain Hills. The Community encompasses 52,600 acres, with 19,000 held as a natural preserve.
The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is comprised of two distinct Native American tribes: the Onk Akimel O’odham (Pima) and the Xalychidom Piipaash (Maricopa). The center of our aboriginal territory is located in what is now called the Phoenix Valley, but our villages and farms previously occupied vast stretches of land along the Gila and Salt Rivers.
