Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff; provide input on hiring, performance, and corrective actions.
Oversee daily operations, staffing assignments, and patient flow across CPEP including mobile crisis unit and inpatient.
Ensure compliance with OMH, CMS, Joint Commission, and hospital standards.
Monitor key performance metrics, incidents, and quality outcomes.
Support staff onboarding, training, and professional development.
Serve as designee in Nurse Manager’s absence, with authority for staffing and operational decisions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and represent the department in hospital initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
BSN required; Master’s preferred.
Current New York State RN license required.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive nursing experience preferably in psychiatry/behavioral health.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
● Ability to lift light office supplies (up to 20 lbs).
● Frequent use of a computer and phone.

Salary range $115,000-125,000
Day shift, 11a-7p & covering one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
