In this role you’ll bring confidence across care planning, interRAI and audits, but just as important is your ability to lead. You’ll mentor RNs and Caregivers, step into clinical situations when needed, and maintain strong relationships with visiting health professionals creating a more connected ecosystem that delivers exceptional support to our communities.

This permanent full-time leadership opportunity sits within a well-established 103-bed care home providing Rest Home, Hospital, Psychogeriatric, and Short Stay services, alongside 116 retirement village units on-site.
This opportunity will appeal to an established Clinical Manager seeking a sideways move into a larger organisation with greater resources, stronger leadership support, and the backing of a national provider. It may also suit a leader currently running a smaller aged care facility, or a care home with a dementia unit of around 60 to 70 beds, who is ready to step into a larger and more complex service.
