We are
seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to provide
clinical leadership, governance, and oversight of mental health services
delivered within and coordinated through the Peel Health Hub.

About the
Role

As the
Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of
safe, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and person-centred mental health
services. You will provide clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams while
maintaining a partial clinical caseload and delivering direct therapeutic
interventions.

You will
oversee clinical governance, quality and risk management, service performance,
workforce capability, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure positive
outcomes for clients and the broader community.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and
    supervision across programs and clinicians.
  • Ensure high standards of clinical governance,
    quality, safety, and evidence-based practice.
  • Support the delivery of culturally safe,
    inclusive, and client-centred care.
  • Oversee referrals, intake, care coordination, and
    service delivery.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with
    internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor service performance, outcomes, reporting
    requirements, and compliance obligations.
  • Lead quality improvement and program evaluation
    activities.
  • Support workforce development through coaching,
    mentoring, and supervision.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical
    documentation, privacy, and record management.
  • Manage clinical risk, incident escalation, and
    compliance with professional standards.
  • Maintain a partial clinical caseload aligned with
    operational requirements and KPIs.
  • Contribute to data collection, reporting, and
    service evaluation activities.

About You

You are a
highly skilled mental health clinician with a passion for leadership, service
excellence, and improving community wellbeing. You have experience guiding
clinical teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and delivering
high-quality therapeutic services in complex environments.

Essential
Qualifications & Experience

You must
hold one of the following qualifications:

  • Mental Health Registered Nurse
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
  • Mental Health Occupational Therapist
  • Registered Psychologist

In addition,
you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinical mental
    health role.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership,
    supervision, or management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and
    fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Australian mental
    health legislation, standards, and best-practice frameworks.

Essential
Requirements

  • Current Western Australian Driver's License.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WA).
  • Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Health
    Assessment.
  • Current registration with AHPRA or AASW (as
    applicable).

In Peel, we operate Nidjalla Waangan Mia Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Centre, the Peel Youth Medical Service, the 3 Tier Youth Mental Health Program, and thr Assertive Outreach Program. In the South West, Down South Aboriginal Health, Integrated Primary Mental Health Care, Integrated Chronic Disease Care, Diabetes Education, Parenting Support Program and the 3 Tier Youth Mental Health Program are provided.
