Your part in our BlueCare team
Working closely with your Residential Services Manager,you’llprovide visible, hands-on clinical leadership to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.You’llbe accountable for driving clinical excellence across the service - supporting your team, strengtheninggovernanceand ensuring residents receive care that promotes dignity,independenceand quality of life.
Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, ensuring care delivery aligns with best practice,legislationand quality standards
Lead, coach and mentor clinical and care teams, creating a capable,confidentand high-performing workforce
Act as the escalation point for complex clinical issues, applying strong judgement and evidence-based decision-making
Oversee comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning, ensuring care is responsive to individual needs and goals
Drive clinical governance and risk management, including proactive management of key risks such as falls, wounds and infection control

Build strong relationships with residents, families,GPsand allied health professionals to support coordinated, holistic care
Partner with the Residential Services Manager to ensure clinical governance, AN-ACC fundingintegrityand sustainable service outcomes
What makes a difference for us?
You’llbe a highly experienced clinical leader with a strong background in aged care or a similar environment.You’llbe passionate about person-centred care and lead by example through your clinicalexpertise,communicationand leadership capability.
You will bring:
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Extensive clinical experience, ideally within residential aged care
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience in clinical governance, qualitystandardsand compliance frameworks
Knowledge of aged care funding models (AN-ACC) and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Postgraduate qualifications in aged care, clinical leadership or a related specialty will be highly regarded (desirable)
