Clinical Manager | Permanent Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Thames, Coromandel

If you’re the type of Clinical Manager who enjoys building standards, leading from the front, and taking ownership of outcomes, this role will probably interest you.

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to join The Booms in Thames. This isn’t a maintenance role. It needs someone comfortable stepping into a challenge, tightening systems, supporting clinical performance, and helping create consistency across the home.

You’ll be leading an established clinical team while working closely with the wider leadership group to strengthen processes, accountability, documentation, and resident care outcomes. The role suits someone who understands aged care operations properly and knows how to balance compliance requirements with practical leadership on the floor. We’re open around start date discussions for the right person.

Hours Details:

• Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
• Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Where You will Make an Impact:

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in a 69-bed care home across rest home, hospital, and dementia level of care
• 3-year audit certification where you can continue the success of the team with providing the best care
• Lead a team of caregivers and nurses to provide the highest quality clinical care
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, lead in-service education sessions for staff, and maintain accurate paperwork
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement
