We’re looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team at The Bellevue in Christchurch. This is a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career - leading a team, shaping clinical practice, and making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives every day.

About the Role

As our Clinical Leader, you’ll play a key role in the success of the village by:

  • Leading and supporting the clinical and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

  • Building strong relationships with residents and whānau

  • Coaching and developing your team to grow capability and confidence

  • Driving continuous improvement in clinical practice and outcomes

  • Supporting the overall clinical, operational, and financial performance of the service

You’ll have the autonomy to lead, with the support you need to succeed.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re open to different levels of experience - what matters most is your leadership potential and passion for care.

You might be:

  • An experienced Clinical Manager / Clinical Leader, OR

  • A Senior Registered Nurse ready to step up into leadership

You’ll also bring:

  • Current NZ Nursing Council APC

  • Aged care experience (preferred)

  • Strong leadership or leadership potential

  • The ability to coach, influence, and build high-performing teams

  • Sound clinical judgement and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care

InterRAI experience is a bonus, but not essential.
