The Clinical Learning & Development Project Manager is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of continuous learning solutions supporting Clinical Sciences & Operations (CSO) and Clinical Vaccine teams. Acting as the L&D lead within project teams, the role ensures that all training activities are delivered according to project plans and aligned with business needs.
