What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to leader for a passionate team of carers and clinicians
• Deliver high-quality, values-aligned care directly to clients in their homes
• Champion clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in every visit
• Guide and mentor staff to help them thrive in their roles
• Collaborate across teams to streamline service delivery
• Lead with purpose and be a role model for our mission and values

What You Bring

You are a powerhouse clinician who leads with empathy and thrives on helping others grow. You care deeply about your clients, your team, and creating systems that work better for everyone.

You’ll need:

• AHPRA - RN registration
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership or senior care role
• A passion for empowering others and creating positive change
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in balancing hands-on care and team oversight
