We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Bankhouse Dental Care, Airdrie, combining 2–3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence, and help shape the future direction of the team.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on patient care while playing a central role in how high-quality care is delivered, how teams perform, and how the practice evolves. With two clear pathways available, you can shape your role in a way that aligns with how you want to lead and contribute.
At Bankhouse Dental Care, we recognise that leadership looks different for different clinicians. That’s why we offer two distinct ways to step into this role:
Take a meaningful stake in the practice and play a central role in its future.
This pathway is designed for clinicians who want to become deeply invested in the success of a well-established community practice with strong patient relationships and long-term growth potential.
Step into a recognised clinical leadership role focused on care, standards, and team development.
This option is ideal for clinicians who want to influence and lead without taking on an ownership stake.
Whether your focus is clinical leadership, shared ownership, or both over time, this role offers the platform to shape, lead, and contribute in a way that matters.
Bankhouse Dental Care is part of PortmanDentex, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading private-focused dental groups, supporting over 350 practices and 4,000+ clinicians with industry-leading support and clinical freedom.
