HealthWISE is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to provide senior clinical leadership across our mental health services.
Reporting to the Manager – Wellbeing, this role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, culturally responsive and evidence-based mental health care across interdisciplinary clinical teams.
The Clinical Lead plays a key role in clinical governance, workforce development, service quality and continuous improvement, supporting clinicians and client-facing staff across intake, assessment, treatment and care coordination. You will contribute to clinical decision-making, risk management, supervision and mentoring, while helping shape a collaborative and reflective culture within the service.
This position balances clinical leadership, direct clinical practice, staff supervision and service integration, while also supporting partnerships with external providers, stakeholders and community organisations.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
