CASPA SERVICES LTD - POSITION VACANCY - Clinical Lead – Far North NSW

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a passionate leader with a strong commitment to supporting children, young people, and families? We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and provide high-level clinical oversight, leadership, and support across our multidisciplinary department.

This role is being offered at part time, 3 to 4 days (hybrid work available) per week for 12 months.

Required Qualifications:

Registered Psychologist, Social Worker, Behavioural Specialist Counsellor, Psychotherapist, or Other Allied Health Professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children and young people with trauma backgrounds. Membership with a nationally accredited association such as PACFA, ACA, AHPRA, AASW, APA, NDIS Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assessment processes, outcomes and panel reviews for children and young people engaged in our programs.
  • Lead Allied Health Practitioners in developing and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans, Safety and Treatment Plans, Functional Capacity Assessments, and other clinical reports for participants and clients.
  • Provide consistent supervision and mentoring to Allied Health practitioners, fostering staff wellbeing, open communication, and professional growth.
  • Offer expert guidance on complex cases, building team capacity and inspiring excellence in practice.
  • Drive innovation by designing, delivering and evaluating evidence-based therapeutic programs tailored to the unique needs of the children, clients, young people, and families we support.
  • Provide clinical oversight and leadership, managing a multidisciplinary team, mitigating clinical risks, and embedding best practice interventions.
  • Ensure accountability through strong clinical governance, supporting incident responses, and maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to policy development, grant applications and tender processes with your clinical expertise
