As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:
•Supervise the daily operations of the Outpatient Draw Station, Evening Shift Inpatient Phlebotomy, and Specimen Processing to ensure efficient workflow and optimal performance.
•Implement best practices and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance, patient and staff safety, and customer satisfaction.
•Provide guidance and support to a team of Certified Phlebotomy Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Salary Range: $116,300.00 - $264,600.00/year.
