We are looking for a Clinical Lab Associate who will be responsible for Accessioning samples into our Laboratory Information Management System.

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday (9:00am-5:30pm)

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for package receipt, unpacking, and specimen intake.

● Responsible for initial sample quality and requirement review.

● Responsible for order creation/entry, modifying existing orders, and specimen accessioning.

● Responsible for scanning, uploading, and storing patient documents.

● Build and maintain effective relationships with other laboratory employees and the customer

success team.

Preferred Qualifications:

● High School Diploma or equivalent required.

● Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field preferred.

● Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills with knowledge of standard software, office

equipment, and technology.

● Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with a

high degree of accuracy.

● Shows initiative and ability to work as part of a high-level team while working independently on

mission-critical tasks.

● Proven ability to follow complex directions, learn new skills quickly and adapt to new processes

smoothly.

● Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
